Evening Climbing: Nesscliffe
Nesscliffe, but as with last month, only if we’ve had a decent dry spell. Bring your strong fingers and forearms. Meet at the crag from 18:00 or earlier if arranged via WhatsApp. Slink away after to the Three Pigeons to discuss the negative impact of aging on your muscles.
Anglesey Family Camping
A brilliant spot on Holy Island close to the beach and cliffs. Over the Whit week bank holiday to give you a bit more time to drive up and back. Camping at the brilliant Anglesey Outdoors, Porthdafarch Rd, Holyhead LL65 2LP. Don’t book the wrong site! Contact Emma Veitch before booking for details.

Grinshill – possibly meet at Middle Rocks from 18:00 or earlier if arranged via WhatsApp. Please bring rope protectors as the rock will destroy your beautiful and expensive climbing rope.

Peak Camping Weekend
Camping at Wardlow Mires (if the farmer has opened the field) and handily close to the Three Stags’ Heads, the best/worst pub in the world, and the excellent Yondermann café. Contact Rich Ball for details.

Snowdonia Camping Weekend
Walking, scrabbling and climbing from Llanberis Pass. Camping in Nant Peris for easy access the Pass for climbing etc. Contact Mark Hale for details.
Pembroke Camping Weekend
Walking on the Preseli hills, fishing (not on the hills) or climbing on the limestone. Details to be confirmed but we will probably stay at Simon’s campsite in Bosherston near the St Govan’s Inn (the quieter of his campsites). Contact Mark Hale for details.

South Wales Camping Weekend
Walking in the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park and climbing on the Gower. A raiding party went last year and stayed at the Eastern Slade Farm campsite, which was perfect for the club (limited facilities and relatively quiet). Contact Sally Fowler for details.

Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the club. Venue yet to be decided. If you have a suggestion for a suitably placed hall, fit for 20 to 30 people, that is also free to use, please let the committee know.
