Our membership runs from January to December. Please contact the secretary or chair before paying any monies into the club account. Subscription rates for the Wrekin Mountaineering Club for 2026 are as follows:

Single Member	£32.00
Couple	£64.00
Student	£27.00
Fees are halved if joining after June.

The subscription rate for 2026 only covers the BMC affiliated club member rate and bank charges. There are therefore no concessions this time for couples, out of area members etc. Most of your subscription goes to support the work of the British Mountaineering Council and also gives you third party liability insurance. If you already belong to the BMC or another club you can claim this back using this form.

It pays to be a member of the WMC for, apart from being a member of one of the most active and friendly clubs in the UK, you also get excellent discount facilities ranging from 10 to 20% at a number of the major climbing shops and local climbing walls on production of a current membership card. Details of available discounts are given in the Club programme.
